These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of the Arellis Energy website at arellis.energy (the "website"). The website is operated by Arellis Energy Pty Ltd (ACN 702 444 960) ("Arellis Energy", "we", "us" or "our").
By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on the website when you use it applies, and its effective date is shown at the top.

The website contains general information about Arellis Energy and battery energy storage. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax, planning or energy advice, and it does not take your circumstances into account.
Landowners, investors and others should get their own independent advice before acting on anything on the website.
4. Forward-looking statements and pipeline figures
Figures about our project pipeline, such as the number of sites, capacity (MW and MWh), estimated capital value, regions and timing, are estimates as at the date shown. They are based on current information and assumptions, and may change.
Every project depends on matters such as land agreements, network connection approvals, planning approvals and financing, many of which are outside our control. We do not guarantee that any project will proceed, or that it will proceed on any particular timeline.
5. No offer
Nothing on the website is an offer or invitation to acquire securities or any other financial product, or an offer to enter into any agreement.
6. Landowner and other enquiries
Submitting an enquiry or a land suitability form through the website does not create any agreement, option, reservation or obligation for you or for us.
Any arrangement about land will only be made by a separate written agreement, on its own terms.
We handle any personal information you give us in line with our Privacy Policy.
7. Images and illustrations
Some photos, maps and graphics on the website are illustrative only and may not show Arellis Energy projects or sites.

We own, or are licensed to use, the content on the website, including text, images, logos and trade marks.
You may view and print content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You must not copy, modify, republish or distribute it for any other purpose without our written consent.
9. Acceptable use
When using the website, you must not:
- use it for any unlawful purpose;
- introduce viruses or other malicious code;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website or the systems behind it;
- scrape, harvest or collect content or data from it by automated means; or
- submit false or misleading information.

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
